Tim's home base is the growing Indian Land and surrounding areas. He and his wife, Lauri, relocated from a small town on the Ohio/Indiana border. Like many of us, they moved to be closer to their family. They are the proud parents of two sons and have also been blessed with two (perfect) grandchildren. He enjoys watching sports and spending time with his family.

Tim has been practicing real estate since 2003 and also brings along 10 successful years as a loan officer in the banking industry. Having worked in real estate for so long, he has seen nearly every economy come and go. Through it all he has remained trustworthy and honest, always guiding his clients through the twists and turns of buying or selling homes and land. This is a BIG decision and he looks forward to walking you through the process, putting his expertise and experience to work for you as your trusted advisor!
